Credit packs are a single payment with no subscription. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be used with any plan, including Free.
What does a credit buy?

A generation that fails for technical reasons is automatically refunded to your credit balance.

Everything you should know before you pay.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period at the price shown, until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown at checkout and in your account.
Cancel online, anytime
Cancel from Account & Billing in two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for and are never charged again. We email you a confirmation.
Refunds
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days. New subscriptions are refundable within 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (yearly) if 10% or less of the credits have been used.
Credits
Subscription credits refresh each billing month and do not roll over. Pack credits are valid for 12 months. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Yearly reminders
On yearly plans we send a reminder email at least 7 days before each renewal, so there are no surprises.
Taxes & currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees.
